Résumé: A drilling site or, more generally, a drilling rig is a set of equipment, machines and mechanisms linked together to perform a well-defined function. Among these equipments, attention has been paid to the single-acting triplex mud pump because it plays an important role in circulating the high-pressure drilling fluid and providing a flow rate necessary for drilling a wellbore. The purpose of this modest work is to provide a general description of the single-acting triplex mud pump and to carry out a maintenance study (Reliability, Maintainability, Availability) using the Weibull law and model to arrive at an interpretation of Graphs and try to propose a good maintenance program in order to improve the performances and to increase the lifetime of the latter.
