ابن خلدون مؤسِّس فلسفة التاريخ

Résumé: إن الاتجاه السائد في العصر الحديث،حول موضوع تفسير مسيرة التاريخ، ابتداء من ميكيافيلي (1469-1527) وفولتير(1694-1778) ، اتجاه أحدث أصحابه قـطيعة إبستيمولوجية مع التفكير اللاهوتي السابق؛ حيث اتجه التفسير إلى المقاربة البشرية . فالتاريخ لا تصنعه الآلهة وإنما البشر. وعلى المفكرين، البحث عن أسباب تطوره الثابتة الكامنة في ثناياه. وبنشأة هذا التيار الحديث والمعاصر في تفسير مسيرة التاريخ؛ نشأت فلسفة التاريخ. وبالتالي، تمَّ إخضاع تفسير التاريخ لمبدأ المعقولية. غير أن هدفنا من إعداد هذا المقال؛ هو إبراز أن عبد الرحمن بن خلدون (1332- 1406م) يتفق مع الفكر الحديث والمعاصر في تأمُّـل صيرورة الأحداث البشرية لاستخراج القوانين الثابتة التي تتحكم فيها، بعيداً عن إرادة القوى المفارقة المتعالية. وإذا استطعنا إثبات هذا الموقف؛ يكون العلاَّمة ابن خلدون هو المؤسِّس الحقيقي لفلسفة التاريخ قبل فلاسفة التاريخ والحضارة الغربيين بقرون. . Abstract : The prevailed trend in the modern era, on the subject of the interpretation of the process of history, begins with Mikiavelli (1469-1527) and Voltaire (1694-1778). This trend has established an epistemological rupture with the former theological thinking; which indicates that History is not made by gods, but by human beings. For this purpose Thinkers need to look for the reasons behind the History evolution and change. The emergence of this modern and contemporary trend concerning the History process was the main cause behind the Philosophy of History birth. However, our scientific aim from this article is to argue that Ibn Khaldun (1332-1406) agrees with modern and contemporary thought, I the case of contemplating and analyzing the human events to extract the laws that govern them, away from the will of any transcendent explanation. As result, if we can prove this scientific attitude, it will be proved that Ibn Khaldun is the real founder of the philosophy of history before the Western philosophers of history and civilization.
