Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أسلوب التكلفة المستهدفة كنظام لإدارة التكلفة وتخطيط الأرباح يعتمد على سعر البيع والتركيز على الزبون وعلى مراحل تخطيط وتصميم وتطوير المنتَج، وبهدف الوقوف على أهمية استخدام هذا الأسلوب في ترشيد قرار تسعير المنتجات، تم الاعتماد على دراسة تطبيقية بالمركب الصناعي «ALFADITEX» ببجاية. وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أنّ تطبيق أسلوب التكلفة المستهدفة بالمؤسسة محلّ الدراسة يساهم مساهمة فعالة في تحقيق تخفيض تكلفة المنتَج محلّ التطبيق، ممّا يمكّنها من تخفيض سعر بيع المنتج بنسبة تقارب 31%، وهي نسبة جدّ معتبرة يمكن على أساسها ترشيد قرار تسعيرها للمنتج. The aim of this study is to highlight the Target cost method as a cost management and profit planning system based on the selling price, customer focus and the stages of product planning, design and development. In order to understand the importance of using this method in rationalizing product pricing decision, an applied study has been based In the industrial complex "ALFADITEX" in Béjaia. The study concluded that applying the target cost method to the institution in question contributes effectively to the reduction of the cost of the product in question, which enabling them to reduce the selling price of the product about 31%, A very significant percentage on which the pricing decision can be rationalized.
