Résumé: This study, entitled "The Impact of Electronic Use on the Effectiveness of External Auditing Methods", aimed at identifying the impact of the electronic use of information on the audit process, its components, dimensions, criteria and problems arising therefrom, and proposing appropriate solutions to reduce or reduce risks and problems by relying on the descriptive and analytical approach of the Distributor's questionnaire to a sample of 40 individuals in the country with experience in accounting and auditing After analyzing the findings, the study came to several conclusions, the most important of which was that the existence of a positive correlation between the electronic use of accounting information and the effectiveness of external audit methods, which meant the electronic use of accounting information in external audits, improved the effectiveness of external procedures and audit methods, especially in terms of accuracy, time and cost
