واقع التوظيف في المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية دراسة ميدانية مقارنة بالمؤسسة العمومية الاقتصادية الجزائرية الشركة الجزائرية للكهرباء والغاز- أنموذجا -

Résumé: مرت الشركة الجزائرية للكهرباء والغاز بعدة تغيرات تنظيمية شملت مختلف وظائفها، وذلك في إطار تكيفها مع الأوضاع الاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي مرت بها البلاد منذ مطلع القرن الحالي، ومن أهم الوظائف التي مسها التغيير وظيفة إدارة الموارد البشرية. في هذا الإطار تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع إدارة الموارد البشرية في المؤسسة محل الدراسة من خلال إحدى وظائفها الفرعية، ألا وهي وظيفة التوظيف، وما تتضمنه هذه الوظيفة من عمليات مثل الاستقطاب، الانتقاء، التعيين والتثبيت. وذلك من حيث الكشف عن مدى تطبيق القواعد العلمية والوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة في عملية التوظيف، ومدى التزام الموضوعية والتخلي عن الذاتية أثناء عملية التوظيف، بما يجسد رضا زبائن هذه المؤسسة في مجال الموارد البشرية. The Algerian Electric and Gas Company has undergone several organizational changes involving its various functions. As part of its adaptation to the economic and social conditions that the country has experienced since the beginning of the present century, One of the most important functions of change is that of human resources management. In this context, this study seeks to reveal the reality of human resources management in the organization in question through one of its subsidiary functions. the recruitment function and processes such as polarization, selection, recruitment and stabilization. This is in terms of revealing the extent to which modern scientific norms and technological methods are applied in the recruitment process, and the extent to which objectivity and subjectivity are observed during the recruitment process, reflecting the human resources satisfaction of this institution's clients.
