"اللوجستيك وتحديات التنافسية الدولية "حالة الجزائر

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور المحوري لقطاع الخدمات اللوجستية في الاقتصاد وأهميته الكبرى في زيادة الاستثمارات الواردة والصادرات غير النفطية والقدرة التنافسية للبلد، ولأجل ذلك قمنا بتحليل مستوى أداء الخدمات اللوجستية في الجزائر حسب المؤشرات الدولية المتخصصة مع قياس مؤشر أداء الخدمات اللوجيستية للتبادل التجاري في الاقتصاد العالمي للجزائر للفترة 2010-2016، وتوصلنا أن ترتيب الجزائر حسب مؤشر تمكين التجارة العالمية ومكانة الجزائر التنافسية العالمية كان دون المستوى المتوسط أما مستوى أداء الخدمات اللوجستية كان متوسطا وهذا ما يدل عليه ترتيبها في منتصف 160 دولة، لذلك أصبح من الضروري على الجزائر ومن أجل الاندماج في الاقتصاد العالمي وضمان مكانة في الأسواق الدولية تطوير وتحسين خدماتها اللوجستية باتخاذ إجراءات يمكن التعويل عليها في مجال الاسترداد والتصدير والمرور العابر. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the pivotal role of the logistics sector in the economy and its major importance in increasing the incoming investments and non-oil exports and competitiveness of the country. And for that we have analyzed the performance of logistics services in Algeria according to the specialized international indicators, measuring the performance index of logistics services in the world economy of Algeria for the period 2010-2016, and we found that Algeria's ranking according to the index of, global enabling trade and Algeria's global competitive position was below the average level. The level of performance of logistics services was average, Mid 160 countries, so it became necessary for Algeria to integrate into the global economy and ensure its position in international markets develop and improve its logistics services by taking reliable action in the field of recovery, export and transit.
