Résumé: إن أدوات التهيئة والتعمير المتمثلة في المخططات التوجيهية للتهيئة والتعمير ومخططات شغل الأراضي ما هي إلا وسائل للتخطيط المجالي والتسيير الحضري أوجدها المشرع بهدف التحكم وضبط توسع المجال العمراني وبالتالي التخطيط الحضري بما يخدم التنمية العمرانية للمستوطنات البشرية، نتناول من خلال هذا العرض أهمية هذه الأدوات وكيفية تطبيقها في مدينة جبلية صغيرة وماهي نتائجها الميدانية على المجال العمراني. Abstract: The Tools for the preparation and reconstruction of in the guidelines for the preparation and reconstruction and land occupancy plans are only means of spatial planning and urban governance created by the legislator to control and regulate the expansion of urban space and thus urban planning to serve the urban development of human settlements, we address the importance of these tools and how to apply them in a small mountain town and its field results on the urban area.
