استشراف الدول العربية للمستقبل في ظل الثورة الصناعية الرابعة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية استشراف الدول العربية للمستقبل في ظل الثورة الصناعية الرابعة من خلال التطرق لماهية الثورة الصناعية الرابعة وتقديم رؤية واستراتيجيات الدول العربية للاندماج في هذا التحول الرابع. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أنه تبعا للاستراتيجيات الموضوعة يمكن تقسيم الدول العربية كالتالي:1) المجموعة الأولى تضم دول الخليج العربي والتي تعتبر رائدة في استشراف المستقبل والاعتماد على التقنيات الرقمية المتقدمة، 2) المجموعة الثانية وتضم الدول العربية التي تسعى لتحقيق التحول الرقمي والمتأخرة بشكل متفاوت عن دول المجموعة الأولى كمصر والأردن، 3) المجموعة الثالثة وتضم الدول التي تعاني من عدم الاستقرار السياسي كالعراق وسوريا مما يؤثر على أدائها في مساعيها لتحقيق التحول الرقمي. The aim of this study is to highlight the importance of Arab countries anticipating the future in the context of the 4th Industrial Revolution by addressing the nature of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and presenting the vision and strategies of Arab countries for integration into this transformative era. The study concludes that, based on the established strategies, Arab countries can be categorized as follows: 1) The first group includes the Gulf Arab countries, which are pioneers in future anticipation and reliance on advanced digital technologies. 2) The second group comprises Arab countries that seek to achieve digital transformation but vary in their level of progress compared to the first group, such as Egypt and Jordan. 3) The third group encompasses countries experiencing political instability, like Iraq and Syria, which affects their performance in pursuing digital transformation.
