مدى تأثر سعر الصرف بتغيرات الصادرات دراسة قياسية لحالة الجزائر في الفترة (1985-2021)

Résumé: ملخص: تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية دراسة قياسية لأثر تغيرات الصادرات (صادرات السلع والخدمات) على سعر الصرف الرسمي خلال الفترة ما بين (1985-2021) باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة ARDL، من خلال: اختبارات السكون بواسطة اختبار ديكي فولر المطور، والتي بينت أن متغيرات الدراسة كانت مستقرة في المستوى، ثم القيام باختبار التكامل المشترك بمنهج ARDL والاختبارات التشخيصية، وهذا بالاعتماد على البيانات الإحصائية الصادرة عن البنك الدولي، وقد خلصت الدارسة إلى إمكانية بناء نموذج قياسي لدراسة أثر تغيرات صادرات السلع والخدمات على سعر الصرف، إضافة إلى وجود علاقة طويلة الأجل بين تغيرات الصادرات وسعر الصرف الرسمي في فترة الدراسة. Abstract: This paper deals with a standard study of the impact of exports changes (exports of goods and services) on the official exchange rate during the period 1985-2021 using the ARDL self-degradation model, through: Stillness tests by Dickie Fuller's developer test, which showed that the study variables were stable at the level, Then undertake a joint integration test with ARDL and diagnostic tests, based on the World Bank's statistical data, The study concluded that a econometrique model could be built to examine the impact of exports changes of goods and services on the exchange rate and a long-term relationship between exports changes and the official exchange rate during the study period.
