استخدام تقنية الابتكار في صناعة السياحة لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة " دراسة نظرية تحليلية "

Résumé: تكمن أهمية هذا البحث في توضيح طبيعة العلاقة بين كل من الابتكار وصناعة السياحة, كما تكمن الأهمية هنا بسبب قلة وندرة تلك الأبحاث المهتمة بموضوع الابتكار داخل قطاع السياحة والضيافة, وكونه يحاول طرح أفكار جديدة من خلال تقديم وعرض مفاهيم و أنواع واستراتيجيات الابتكار المختلفة وكيفية تطبيقها داخل صناعة السياحة مما قد يفيد في وضع استراتجيات تنافسيه تكفل اغتنام المؤسسات السياحية أكبر قدر ممكن من الحركة السياحية الوافدة من خلال تقديم منتجات سياحية مبتكرة في ظل شده التنافس العالمي التي أخذت في التنامي بشكل متسارع في السنوات الأخيرة وأصبحت مسألة جديرة بالملاحظة بحيث أصبحت تشكل تحدي خاص لصناعة السياحة في محاولتها للوصول نحو تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. The importance of this research lies in clarifying the nature of the relationship between innovation and the tourism industry, it is also important because of the scarcity of those researches interested in the subject of innovation within the tourism and hospitality sector, thus it is trying to present new ideas through the presentation of the various concepts and strategies of innovations and try to apply them on the tourism sector in a way that may be useful in developing competitive strategies to ensure that tourism institutions gain as much tourism travel movement as possible by providing innovative tourism products in light of the intensity of global competition, which has been growing rapidly in recent years and has become a noteworthy issue posing a great challenge on the tourism industry in its attempt to achieve sustainable development.
