تطبيقات تقنية البلوكتيشين ودورها في تطوير وتحسين خدمات مجال الرعاية الصحية والطبية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على بعض تطبيقات تقنية سلاسل الكتل البلوكتشين Blockchain ، ودورها وأهميتها في تحسين مجال تقديم الخدمات الصحية والطبية ، وهذا من خلال استعراضنا لأهم مجالات استخدام هذه التكنولوجيا بصفة عامة وتطبيقاتها في مجال الرعاية الصحية والطبية بصفة خاصة بالإضافة الى الانعكاسات المرتقبة التي يمكن لتقنية البلوكتشين Blockchain تقديمها لهذا القطاع ، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى أن توظيف تقنية البلوكتشين في مجال تقديم خدمات الرعاية الصحية و الطبية سيمكن من تعزيز عامل الشفافية والثقة بين أطراف العملية ، كما ستمكن هذه التقنية من معرفة مصدر الأدوية وسلامتها من عدمه و تعمل على تتبع سلاسل امدادها، بالإضافة خفض تكاليف خدمات هذا القطاع ، وهذا من شأنه أن يعمل على الرفع من مستوى تقديم الخدمة الصحية و تطويرها. Abstract : This study aims to identify some applications of blockchain technology, Its role and importance in improving the provision of health and medical services, This is through our review of the most important areas of use of this technology in general and its applications in the field of health and medical care in particular, in addition to the expected repercussions that Blockchain technology can provide to this sector, The study found that the use of blockchain technology in the provision of health and medical care services, It will make it possible to enhance the factor of transparency and trust between the parties to the process, and this technology will also enable to know the source and safety of medicines or not and work to track their supply chains, In addition to reducing the costs of services in this sector, this would raise the level of health service provision and development
