Résumé: الغاز الصخري هو غاز ثقيل و نادر من أنواع الغاز الغير تقليدي ينتمي إلى الطاقة المتجددة لانه تستخرج منه نوعية جيدة من الطاقة و الذي يتم استخراجه من الصخور المتواجدة في عمق الأرض و لكن كيفية استخراج هذا النوع من الطاقة و عمليات التنقيب و التكسير و الاستخراج مكلفة بالإضافة إلى خطورتها البيئية نظرا للتهديدات البيئية الناتجة عنه، التي يظهر تأثيرها في الاستخراج و تلوث المياه المستعملة في عملية الاستخراج وكذا تسرب المياه الملوثة التي تحتوي على مواد كيميائية و هيدروليكية سامة التي تلوث المياه الجوفية و كذا تلوث الهواء الناتجة عن مكونات الغاز مما أدى إلى ضرورة وضع قوانين و مواثيق دولية لحماية البيئة من خطر الاستعمال اللامحدود للطاقة و الغاز، الاهتمام بالنظرية الخضراء و الأمن البيئي و أمننة البيئة من خلال المسؤولية الأخلاقية والإنسانية للمؤسسات البترولية و الدولية . Shale gas is a heavy and rare gas that is unconventional and belongs to renewable energy because it extracts a good quality of energy, which is extracted from the rocks located deep in the ground, but how to extract this type of energy and the operations of exploration, fracturing and extraction are expensive in addition to its environmental risks due to the resulting environmental threats The effects of which appear in the extraction and pollution of the used water in the extraction process, as well as the leakage of polluted water that contains toxic chemical and hydraulic materials that pollute the groundwater, as well as air pollution resulting from gas components, which has led to the need to develop laws, charters and international conferences to protect the environment From the danger of unlimited use of energy and gas, concern for green theory, environmental security and environmental safety through the moral and human responsibility of the oil and international institutions;
