قياس أثر الاستثمار الفلاحي على النمو الفلاحي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990/2022 باستخدام نماذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة والمتباطئة (ardl)

Résumé: تهدف على وجه الدقة هذه الدراسة الى اختبار وإبراز علاقة التكامل المشترك بين الاستثمار الفلاحي، والنمو الفلاحي، وذلك خلال الفترة 2000 الى 2022، ومن أجل توضيح هذه العلاقة نستعمل نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات المتباطئة الموزعة المبطئة ARDL. وأهم ما خلصت إليه الدراسة هو أن الاستثمار الفلاحي لا يؤثر في النمو الفلاحي في الأجل القصير، وهناك تأثير ايجابي ومعنوي احصائيا للاستثمار الفلاحي في نصيب الفرد من الناتج الفلاحي، حيث كلما ارتفع الاستثمار الفلاحي بوحدة واحدة ارتفع نصيب الفرد بـ 0.98 وحدة، ما يؤكد على أهمية القطاع الفلاحي في دعم عجلة النمو الاقتصادي وتوفير العديد من مناصب الشغل في ظل الإصلاحات الفلاحية الناجعة التي تقوم بها الدولة. This study aims to test and highlight the co-integration relationship between agricultural investment and agricultural growth, during the period from 2000 to 2022, and in order to clarify this relationship, we use the autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) model. Among the most important findings of this research is that agricultural investment does not affect agricultural growth in the short term, also, there is a positive and statistically significant effect of agricultural investment on the per capita share of agricultural output, as the agricultural investment increases by one unit, the per capita share increases by 0.98 units as well, which confirms the importance of the agricultural sector supporting the economic growth, and the providing many jobs in light of the effective agricultural reforms undertaken by the state.
