التعاون العلمي والثقافي في مبادرات الشراكة الأورومتوسطية

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد موقع التعاون العلمي والثقافي في مضامين سياسات الشراكة الأورومتوسطية انطلاقا من مسار برشلونة وصولا إلى مشروع الإتحاد من أجل المتوسط مرورا بسياسة الجوار الأوروبي؛ عبر منهجية تحليل المضمون وتتبع تطور المقاربة الأوروبية للتعاون العلمي الدولي المتوسطي تم التوصل إلى التأكيد على أهمية خصائص البحث العلمي في تفعيل سياسات ومشاريع التعاون في مجالات:التكنولوجيا؛ البيئة؛ الزراعة؛ الطب..؛ ودور الحوار الثقافي بين الشعوب في معالجة التهديدات الأمنية الصاعدة في منطقة المتوسط. Abstract : This study aims to highlight the importance of scientific and cultural cooperation in the contents of the Euro-Mediterranean Partnership policies, starting from the Barcelona Process, leading to the Union for the Mediterranean project, passing through the European Neighborhood Policy. Through the methodology of content analysis and checking the development of the European approach to international Mediterranean scientific cooperation, an emphasis was reached on the significance of the characteristics of scientific research in activating cooperation partnership and projects in the fields of: technology; environment; agriculture; Medicine..; And the role of cultural dialogue between peoples in challenging the emerging security threats in the Mediterranean region.
