Résumé: Through this research, we aim to know the role of the lease formula in financing infrastructure projects through a field study in an Islamic Development Bank. Development Bank Development and peace Bank for current study. The results of the study showed: that the Islamic Development Bank finances many infrastructure projects at very acceptable rates and its large contribution to these projects, as it financed many in f truture projects in the form of leasing, and this is what we saw through our monitoring of the annual reports of the Islamic Development Bank. Despite the weakness of the Algerian Al Salam Bank in financing infrastructure projects and proving its lack of participation(the financing ratio is 1%) in financing these sectors and thus not activating them, it remains distinct from other traditional banks in light of the growing interest and great demand for it on the issue of Islamic finance from the circles accepted the Algerian society, not only for legal considerations, but also for economic reasons
