Résumé: أثرت التكنولوجيا الجديدة لوسائل الإعلام والاتصال في كل نواحي الحياة الإنسانية، فهي تسير بالعالم نحو رقمنة أغلب الوظائف والتنظيمات، وقد تأثرت ممارسة العلاقات العامة كوظيفة اتصالية بهذه الأساليب الجديدة، وأثرت في كل عناصر عمليتها الاتصالية، تسعى هذه الورقة العلمية للتعرف على واقع ممارسة العلاقات العامة في الجزائر من خلال محاولة رصد أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسات التي تناولت هذا الموضوع خلال السنوات الأخيرة في مختلف أقسام العلاقات العامة في الجامعات الجزائرية وتثمينها، والتعرف على أهم التحديات التي تواجهها ممارسة العلاقات العامة، ومنه استشراف آفاق ممارسة هذه المهنة إلكترونيا في الجزائر في ظل البيئة الرقمية. The new media and communication technology has affected all aspects of life, as it is moving the world towards the digitization of most jobs and organizations, the practice of public relations as a communicative function has been affected by these new methods and has affected all elements of its communicative process. This scientific paper seeks to identify the reality of the practice of public relations in Algeria and to identify the most important challenges it faces, including exploring the prospects for practicing this profession electronically in Algeria in the light of the digital environment
