السياسة المالية ودورها في استهداف الاستقرار الاقتصادي دراسة مقارنة
Résumé: "تهدف الدراسة إلى تبيان دور السياسة المالية في استهداف الاستقرار الاقتصادي خلال الفترة 2008-2020، وذلك من خلال تحليل مكونات السياسة المالية( الايرادات العامة، النفقات العامة، عجز الموازنة)، وكذا وضعية مؤشرات الاستقرار الاقتصادي ( معدل النمو، البطالة، التضخم، الانفاق العام، السياسة الضريبية) لبعض الدول كالصين، الهند، العراق والجزائر وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن لأدوات السياسة المالية التأثير الايجابي على مؤشرات الاستقرار الاقتصادي بحيث تساهم في تحسين معدلات النمو وضبط التضخم ومكافحة البطالة. ""The study aims to show the role of fiscal Policy in targeting economic stapility during the period 2008-2010, by analyzing the components of fiscal policy (public revenues, public expenditures, budget deficit), as well as the status of indicators of economic stapility( grawth rate, unemployment, inflation, public spending, tax policy), for some countries such as China, India,Iraq and Algeria. This study concluded that fiscal Policy tools have a positive impact on indicators!
