دراسة قياسية لأثر تقلبات أسعار النفط على بعض متغيرات الاقتصاد الكلي باستعمال منهجية Svar للفترة (2018-1980) A Standard Study Of The Effect Of Oil Price Fluctuations On Some Macroeconomic Variables Using The Svar Methodology For The Period (1980-2018)

Résumé: تعنى هذه الدراسة بإبراز اثر تغيرات أسعار النفط على عرض النقد، بطالة، إنفاق حكومي في الجزائر خلال الفترة )1980-2018( وذلك باستعمال اختبارات السببية والاعتماد على منهجية الانحدار الذاتي الهيكلية SVAR، ودوال الاستجابة اللحظية وتحليل التباين. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير كبير لتقلبات اسعار النفط على باقي المتغيرات، أي أنه يساهم مساهمة معنوية في تحسين القدرة التنبؤية لمتغيرات الاقتصاد الكلي المدروسة، كما بينت الدراسة وجود علاقة طردية بين أسعار النفط وبين كل من الإنفاق الحكومي وحجم الكتلة النقدية وعلاقة عكسية بين أسعار النفط ومعدل البطالة، مما يؤكد التصور المسبق حول طبيعة الاقتصاد الجزائري الريعي. This study aims to highlight the effect of oil price changes on money supply, unemployment, government spending in Algeria during the period (1980-2018) by using causality tests and relying on the SVAR structural regression methodology. The study found that there is a significant impact of fluctuations in oil prices on the rest of the variables, that is, it contributes significantly to improving the predictive power of the studied macroeconomic variables, as the study showed that there is a positive relationship between oil prices and between government spending and the size of the monetary mass and an inverse relationship between oil prices and the rate of Unemployment, which confirms the preconception about the nature of the Algerian economy.
