المهن في الاحياء الهامشية كهندسة اجتماعية

Résumé: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى البحث على الدور الهام الذي تلعبه المهن والحرف في الأحياء الهامشية ودورها في الهندسة الاجتماعية للأفراد في هذه الأحياء الهامشية, وتبلورت فكرة البحث من هذا المنطلق, لذلك قمنا بدراسة ميدانية وصفية على عينة من الحرفيين والمهنيين في هذه الأحياء الهامشية لبلدية الرباح بولاية الوادي. واقتضت طبيعة الموضوع استخدام المنهج الوصفي الذي يسعى إلى محاولة الإحاطة بالموضوع المدروس من خلال جمع المعطيات المتعلقة به, كما قامت الدراسة بالاعتماد على أداة المقابلة كأداة أساسية لجمع المعطيات التي تتعلق بفرضيات الدراسة, إضافة إلى أنه اعتمدنا على العينة القصدية من خلال استهداف فئة من الحرفيين والمهنيين في ميدان الدراسة. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج التي ترتبط بالمهن والحرف في الأحياء الهامشية, حيث نجد أن لجانب التوريث دور مهم في تعلم واكتساب الفرد حرف ومهن معينة نتيجة لتناقلها من الأجداد إلى الآباء ومن الآباء إلى الأبناء من خلال التأثير الأسري والعائلي, كما أن للجانب السوسيو- ثقافي دور فعال في امتلاك وتعلم الفرد المهن والحرف نتيجة للتأثير الاجتماعي والثقافي من خلال جماعة الرفاق والعادات والتقاليد المتعارف عليها في مجتمع الدراسة, إضافة إلى دورها الهام في الحياة الاجتماعية والثقافية والاقتصادية للأفراد المنشغلين بها. ........................................................................................................................................................... This study seeks to research on the important role that professions and crafts play in marginal neighborhoods and their role in social engineering for individuals in these marginal neighborhoods, and the idea of research crystallized from this point of view, so we conducted a descriptive field study on a sample of craftsmen and professionals in these marginal neighborhoods of the municipality of Rabbah municipality in the Wilayat of Eloued. The nature of the subject necessitated the use of the descriptive approach, which seeks to try to capture the studied subject by collecting data related to it, and the study relied on the interview tool as a basic tool for collecting data related to the study’s hypotheses, in addition to that we relied on the intentional sample by targeting a group of craftsmen and professionals in the field of study. The study concluded many results that are related to professions and crafts in marginal neighborhoods, where we find that the aspect of inheritance has an important role in the individual’s learning and acquisition of certain crafts and professions as a result of their transmission from grandparents to parents and from parents to children through family and familial influence, and the sociocultural aspect has a role Effective in the individual's possession and learning of professions and crafts as a result of the social and cultural influence through the group of comrades and the customs and traditions recognized in the study community, in addition to its important role in the social, cultural and economic life of the individuals who are preoccupied with it.
