ادارة المخاطر ومساهمتها في تفعيل أداء شركات الـتأمين دراسة حالة المديرية الجهوية للشركة الوطنية للتأمين Saa سطيف

Résumé: ملخص: إن الهدف من وجود إدارة المخاطر بمؤسسات التأمين هو الوصول إلى أفضل الطرق وبأقل تكلفة ممكنة في مواجهة الأخطار التي تتعرض لها المؤسسة، والتي تؤدي إلى خسائر مادية تقلل من الدخل، الثروة وتؤثر على صورة وحتى استمرارية المؤسسة.فإدارة الأخطار عملية إستراتيجية لا يمكن لمؤسسات التأمين أن تستغني عنها لأنها تسمح بتحسين أدائها وفعاليتها. يهدف هذا البحث الى عرض أهم المخاطر التي التي تواجه شركات التأمين وكيفية إدارة هذه المخاطر التي تسعى دائما الى تفعيل الأداء وتحقيق الأهداف المسطرة من خلال التعرف على مختلف المخاطر وترتيبها حسب درجات خطورتها وتحليلها، كما توصلت هذه الدراسة الى الإعتماد في وظيفة إدارة المخاطر على مجموعة من المعايير في تحديد السياسة الإكتتابية والإستثمارية من أجل الوصول الى الأهداف المرجوة. كلمات مفتاحية: المخاطر ، إدارة المخاطر، أداء المؤسسة . Abstract: The goal of Risk management existence in insurance organizations is to reach the best methods and the lowest cost in face of risks to which the organization is exposed,and lead to material losses that reduce income and wealth which affect the image and even the continuity of the institution. Risk management is a strategical process that insurance organizations cannot dispensed with because it allows to improve its performance and effectiveness. This research aims to show the most important risks that insurance companies face and how to manage these risks, which always seek to activate performance and achieve the stated goals by identifying the various risks and arranging them according to their severity levels and analyzing them. This study also found dependence in the risk management function on a group of The criteria in determining the underwriting and investment policy in order to reach the desired goals.
