Résumé: الملخص: تتميز البنوك الإسلامية بمجموعة من الخصائص تميزها عن غيرها من البنوك في الساحة المصرفية، من أهمها أنها بنوك اجتماعية في المقام الأول، إذ لا تقتصر وظيفتها على تحقيق مصالح مالكي الأموال أو الالتزام بقواعد الشريعة الإسلامية في التعاملات المصرفية فقط، ولكن يضاف إلى ذلك ركيزة هامة، وهي مراعاة حق المجتمع في هذه الأموال.و تأسيساً على ذلك، يتجسد للبنوك الإسلامية ما أصبح يعرف اليوم، بمصطلح " المسؤولية الاجتماعية " الذي يرتبط بمفاهيم أخرى ذات العلاقة، والمتمثلة في مصطلح "حوكمة الشركات" الذي يعتبر من المصطلحات الحديثة في مجال إدارة الأعمال. و في هذا السياق، نسعى من خلال هذه الورقة التطرق إلى الحوكمة في البنوك الإسلامية وكيف يمكن أن تكون عاملا من عوامل تحسن مسؤوليتها الاجتماعية، حيث يتطرق البحث بداية إلى الحوكمة الشرعية للمؤسسات المالية الإسلامية من أجل تحديد مميزاتها في البنوك الإسلامية، ثم التطرق لمفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية للبنوك الإسلامية و أهم محدداتها، وصولا إلى تحديد العلاقة بين الحوكمة الشرعية و المسؤولية الاجتماعية للبنوك الإسلامية، و أخيرا دراسة تجربة بيت التمويل الكويتي في مجال الحوكمة و مدى استفادته في تطوير مساهماته في مجال المسؤولية الاجتماعية. Abstract : Islamic banks have a range of characteristics that distinguish them from other banks in the banking arena.The most important of which are social banks in the first place .Its function is not limited to the interests of the owners of funds or abide by the rules of Islamic Sharia in banking transactions only, but an important pillar is the consideration of the right of society to such funds. Based on this, Islamic banks are embodying what is now known as "social responsibility" which is associated with other related concepts, namely, "corporate governance", which is a modern term in the field of business management. In this context, we seek to address the governance of Islamic banks And how it can be a factor in improving its social responsibility, Where the research first addresses the legal governance of Islamic financial institutions in order to determine their advantages in Islamic banks, And then to address the concept of social responsibility of Islamic banks and the most important determinations, To determine the relationship between Islamic governance and the social responsibility of Islamic banks, and finally to study Kuwait Finance House's experience in the field of governance and its benefits in developing its contributions in the field of social responsibility.
