دروس مستفادة من تجارب دولية في السياحة الإلكترونية ومتطلبات تفعيل الأعمال الإلكترونية في القطاع السياحي بالجزائر

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور وأهمية تنشيط السياحة الإلكترونية بإستعمال المعاملات الإلكترونية لذا ومن أجل الإحاطة بمختلف جوانب الموضوع تم صياغة الإشكالية الآتية: ماهي نماذج المعاملات الإلكترونية التي تساهم في تفعيل السياحة الإلكترونية وكيف يمكن تطبيقها في الجزائر ؟ واستخدم المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي للإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة وذلك بالتطرق لخلفية نظرية حول السياحة الإلكترونية وكذا آليات تنشيطها وبعدها عرض تجارب دولية رائدة والدروس المستفادة منها لتطبيقيها في الجزائر مع الإشارة إلى جائحة كوفيد 19. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عرض نموذج مقترح لنجاح وتفعيل السياحة الالكترونية في الجزائر، وذلك بمعالجة جميع النقائص الموجودة. Abstract: This study aimed to highlight the role and importance of e-tourism by using electronic crafts, and then to enumerate various aspects. The following problem was formulated: What are the electronic models that contribute to the activation of e-tourism, and how can it be in Algeria? Using the descriptive and analytical approach to answer the problem of the study by focusing on a theoretical background on e-tourism, as well as its operation, and then presenting experiments and methodologies for their application in Algeria with reference to the Covid 19 pandemic. The study concluded with presenting a suggested model for the success and activation of electronic tourism in Algeria by addressing all existing shortcomings.
