Résumé: ملخص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن واقع الإشراف التربوي والإداري بالمدرسة الجزائرية، وتحليل صراع الأدوار بين المشرفين التربويين والإداريين في مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي، وأثر هذا الصراع على العملية التعليمية والمنظومة التربوية ككل. كلمات مفتاحية: الإشراف التربوي، الإشراف الإداري، صراع الأدوار. Abstract: The current research aims to reveal the reality of educational and administrative supervising in the Algerian school, and analyze the conflict of roles between educational and administrative supervisors in the elementary education stage, and the effect of this conflict on the educational process and the educational system as a whole.
