Résumé: الملخص يهدف هذا المقال إلى التعرف على استراتيجية المحيط الأزرق ودورها في خلق أسواق جديدة بعيدا عن مفهوم المنافسة التقليدية؛ وقد تبين من خلال البحث أنه بإمكان المؤسسة التي تطبق هذه الاستراتيجية أن تخلق طلبا جديدا بخلق فضاءات جديدة وأسواق جديدة، وكذا السيطرة على أسواقها، واتضح ذلك من خلال الاطلاع على الأدبيات وكذلك تجربة شركة وول مارت (Wal-Mart)، وقدرتها على خلق أسواقها والسيطرة عليها واحتلال مكانة الريادة في سوق البيع بالتجزئة على المستوى العالمي، وقد اتضحت العلاقة جليا بين تطبيق استراتيجية المحيط الأزرق وتحقيق مكانة مرموقة في أسواقها عالميا. Abstract This article aims to identify the strategy of the Blue Ocean and its role in creating new markets away from the concept of traditional competition. The research shows that the company that implements this strategy can create a new demand for creating new spaces and markets as well as controlling their markets. And the experience of Wal-Mart, its ability to create and control its markets and take the lead in the global retail market has clarified the relationship between implementation of blue ocean strategy and leadership of global retail market.
