تأثير بيئة الأعمال في الجزائر على الصادرات الصناعية (1988-2018)

Résumé: لإبراز أثر بيئة الأعمال في الجزائر على الصادرات الصناعية في الفترة 1988-2018. تبين أن متغيرات بيئة الأعمال السياسية والقانونية، الثقافية والاجتماعية، الاقتصادية والإلكترونية تتصف بالضعف والسلبية على العموم. بالنتيجة وفقا لنموذج ARDL التطورات الحالية والمستقبلية التي تحدث في صادرات الجزائر من المصنوعات إلى الأسواق الأجنبية، تُبنى اقتصاديا على أساس ضعف القدرة الإنتاجية، فضلا عن المساهمة السلبية للاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، وضعف القدرة التنافسية للإنتاج والاقتصاد المحلي. لذلك لا بد أن تتحسن بيئة الأعمال في الجزائر، وينبغي رفع الأداء الإنتاجي، التنافسي والتسويقي لتحقيق نتائج إيجابية على مستوى التصدير الصناعي في الأجل الطويل، ومن الضروري إبرام اتفاقيات دولية جديدة متعددة الأطراف لرفع الفرص التصديرية الصناعية. To display the impact of the business environment in Algeria on manufactured exports (1988-2018). It turned out that the variables of the political, legal, cultural, social, economic and electronic business environment characterized by weakness and negativity in general. As a result, according to the ARDL model, current and future developments occurring in Algerian manufactured exports are built economically on the basis of weak productive and competitive capacity and the negative contribution of foreign direct investment. Therefore, the business environment in Algeria must improve. And productive, competitive and marketing performance should be increased to achieve positive results at the level of manufacturing export in the long term. And it is necessary to conclude new international multilateral agreements to raise manufactured export opportunities.
