الأخبار الكاذبة عبر شبكات التواصل الإجتماعي وآثارها على إتجاهات الرأي العام دراسة في المفهوم، العلاقة والأهداف

Résumé: وجدت الأخبار الكاذبة منذ فترات زمنية سابقة، لكن مع ظهور وسائل التواصل الإجتماعي وتشكيلها عنصراً مهما في التزود بالمعلومات والحصول على الأخبار أصبح أكتشاف الأخبار الكاذبة محل جدل كبير في المجتمع خاصة في ظل بيئة رقمية تمتاز بالذكاء والمرونة الكبيرة والسرعة الفائقة في نقل المعلومات، حيث شكل هذا الموضوع خاصة في الآونة الأخيرة نقاشات محتدمة في كيفيات الكشف عنها وإيجاد آليات مواجهتها، خاصة أنها أصبحت تشكل خطراً متزايداً على توجهات الرأي العام، سواء على مستوى تكوينه إتجاه قضاياً دولية، إقليمية أو محلية، أو على مستوى التأثير فيه وتغيير مساراته. وما سنحاول التطرق إليه في هذه المقالة يدخل ضمن هذه الأطر في شقها المعرفي، حيث سنتناول الأبعاد العلائقية بين مظهر سلبي من مظاهر التزييف الإعلامي عبر شبكات التواصل الإجتماعي إلا وهي الأخبار الكاذبة، وآثارها على إتجاهات الرأي العام خاصة في ظل تنامي إعتمادية الجمهور والمؤسسات في اتخاذ الفضاء الرقمي التواصلي مصدراً مهما في التزود بالأخبار. Fake news have existed in the past, but with the emergence of social media which plays a major part in supplying information and getting news , the discovery of fake news have become a big controversy especially within digital environment advantaged over intelligence, flexibility and high speed in transfering information. This topic has recently been a source of heated debate on how to detect and find mechanisms to face these fake news. The later has become an increasing danger to the public opinion trends whether at the level of forming it towards international issues, regional or local, or at the level of effecting and changing its paths. In this article, and in its cognitive side, we are going to talk about the relationship between the negative aspect of social networks through Media counterfeiting and its effect on trends public opinion specially within the growing of using the digital space by the public as an important source of news.
