فتاوى أبي العباس المَقْري بين اتهامات الدلائي و تأكيدات اليفراني ( تحقيق و تدقيق )

Résumé: This study is concerned with the disclosure of accusations and statements that made against the great writer and historian Abi al-Abbas al-Maqri (d. 1041AH) and some of his fatwas, when he was mufti in Morocco during the days of Sultan Ahmad al-Mansour al-Dahabi (986-1012 AH / 1578-1603). As he was accused at the time of the lack of fatwa and the lack of control of the noble prophetic Sunnah as being a non-disciplined, highlighting as much as possible the efforts of efforts and the legacy of Al-Maqri who left us a rich and inexhaustible heritage in science and knowledge. In order to achieve the main objective of the study, we divided it into two sections: The first topic: It is specialized in showing the biography of Abu Al-Abbas Al-Maqri and his first, and revealing his roots and roots of his family, the Algerian, and follow their steps and to identify their effects and register their work. The second topic: We discussed the accusations of shiekh al-Dalai'i al-Maqri that he is not qualified to assume the position of infidelity, because he is not subject to the provisions of the honorable year. We also discussed the confirmations of Al-Yafrani in this regard and the statements he made in the deficient of some fatwas Al-Maqri. And put all this in the seientific analysis of and amendment, and give everyone right, according to the method of sound historical research, characterized by the investigation and deep scrutiny in the historical accounts mentioned in the books in our hands. We follow the efforts of this conclusion, in which we recorded our most important findings and conclusions.
