Résumé: تعالج هذه الورقة بعض مشاكل التطور الذي أحدثته الثورة المعلوماتية وتطبيقاتها المعقدة، هذا التطور الذي نمت معه وتعددت أساليب جديدة من الجرائم اتخذت مظاهر مختلفة والتي أصبحت تطرح إشكاليات عديدة وتشكل خطرا على التوظيفات والاستثمارات البنكية والمالية، ويستمد هذا البحث أهميته من خلال توضيح سبل الحماية والأمان أمام التهديدات المختلفة وفهم عمل تلك الأنظمة من أجل سلامة وأمن المعلومات وخصوصية الزبائن وتنمية التعاملات المصرفية الالكترونية بأكثر راحة واطمئنان.
