إشكالية البنايات غير الشرعية: إجراءات التصدي والتسوية على ضوء القانون 08-15

Résumé: إن التجاوزات التي ميزت واقع العمران في بلادنا من بناء غير قانوني وبنايات غير مكتملة الإنجاز، شوهت البيئة السكنية، وأفقدت مدننا رونقها وجمالها، من هنا برزت الحاجة إلى استحداث أدوات تعمير كفيلة بالحد من الفوضى العمرانية السائدة وبجعل هذه البنايات المنجزة أو قيد الإنجاز مطابقة للمعايير، تمثلت تلك الأدوات فيما تضمنه القانون رقم 08-15 الذي يحدد قواعد مطابقة البنايات وإتمام إنجازها. The excesses that characterized the reality of urbanization in our country, illegal buildings and unfinished construction, have distorted the residential environment, and our cities have lost their splendor and beauty, hence the need to develop construction tools to reduce the prevailing urban chaos and to make these constructions completed or under construction in accordance with standards, these tools are included in law n° 08-15 setting the rules for bringing buildings into conformity and their completion.
