التحول الرقمي لمنظمات الأعمال الجزائرية الفرص والتحديات

Résumé: جاءت هذه الدراسة لتسلط الضوء على واقع التحول الرقمي لمنظمات الأعمال الجزائرية من حيث الفرص والتحديات ، كما تم التطرق إلى مفهوم التحول الرقمي ، فوائده في القطاعات الإقتصادية ومجلات تطبيقه وكذا مخاطره مع عرض أهم الإصلاحات العملية التي اتخذتها الجزائر لرقمنة عدة قطاعات اقتصادية ، وكان الهدف من الدراسة هو وضع تصور لواقع البيئة الرقمية وفق تحليل استراتيجي من خلال التركيز على أهميته و دوره الاقتصادي . خلصت الدراسة إلى أن التحول الرقمي في الجزائر بعدما كان محاولة لمسايرة العالم أصبح ضرورة إقتصادية لمنظمات الاعمال لتحقيق الإستمرارية والتنمية المستدامة، كما حقق تقدما ملموسا وفق الأرقام والإحصائيات ليضع الجزائر ضمن الدول ذات أعلى قيم في مؤشر تنمية الحكومة الإلكترونية. This study highlights the reality of digital transformation of Algerian business organizations in terms of opportunities and challenges. The concept of digital transformation, its advantages in economic sectors and its application, as well as its risks were also discussed by presenting the most important practical reforms taken by Algeria to digitize several economic sectors. The study aims to visualize the reality of the digital environment according to a strategic analysis by focusing on its importance and economic role. The study concluded that digital transformation in Algeria, after an attempt to keep up with the world, became an economic necessity for business organizations to achieve continuity and sustainable development. It also made significant progress in accordance with figures and statistics to place Algeria within the highest valuable countries in the e-government development index.
