التكامل بين تكلفة الإنجاز وسلسلة القيمة ودوره في خفض التكلفة في المنشآت الصناعية "دراسة ميدانية على عينة من القطاع الصناعي بالسودان"

Résumé: الملخص: تناولت الدراسة التكامل بين تكلفة الإنجاز وسلسلة القيمة ودوره في خفض التكلفة في المنشآت الصناعية، هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان أثر التكامل بين تكلفة الإنجاز وسلسلة القيمة في خفض تكاليف المواد المباشرة وتكلفة التشغيل والتكاليف الإدارية العامة، ولمعالجة مشكلة الدراسة تم افتراض الآتي: وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التكامل بين تكلفة الإنجاز وسلسلة القيمة وخفض تكلفة المواد المباشرة وتكلفة التشغيل والتكاليف الإدارية العامة، تم استخدام المنهج التاريخي والاستنباطي والاستقرائي والوصفي التحليلي وبرنامج التحليل الإحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) للتحليل والمعالجات الإحصائية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن التكامل بين تكلفة الإنجاز وسلسلة القيمة يساعد في تخفيض تكلفة المواد المباشرة والتكاليف التشغيلية والإدارية العامة، وأوصت الدراسة بالآتي: بناء علاقة تكاملية بين تكلفة الإنجاز وسلسلة القيمة لخفض التكاليف في الشركات الصناعية. كلمات مفتاحية: تكلفة الإنجاز؛ سلسلة القيمة؛ خفض التكلفة؛ المنشآت الصناعية. Abstract: The study dealt with the integration between Cost Of Achievement and the value chain and its role in reducing costs. The study aimed to demonstrate the effect of integration between Cost Of Achievement and the value chain in reducing direct material costs, operating costs, and general administrative costs. To solve the problem of the study, the following was hypothesis: the existence of a statistically significant relationship between integration between. Achievement cost, the value chain, and reducing the cost of direct materials, operating costs, and general administrative costs. The historical, deductive, inductive, and descriptive analytical method and the statistical package for social analysis (SPSS) were used for analysis and treatment. The study concluded that the integration between the cost of achievement and the value chain helps in reducing the cost of direct materials and costs. Operational and general administrative, and the study recommended the following: Building an integrated relationship between the cost of achievement and the value chain to reduce costs in industrial companies.
