طبيعة النظام السياسي وأهم السلطات في عهد الأمير عبد القادر

Résumé: أسس الأمير عبد القادر دولة جزائرية على نمط إسلامي، في ظروف استثنائية لمواجهة الاحتلال الفرنسي، وتميزت بالطابع الوحدوي من ناحية تنظيم السلطة ومن حيث الإقليم ومن حيث الجماعة المكونة لها حيث تمثل وحدة متجانسة عرب وأمازيغ عربها الإسلام، واعتمدت الطابع الشوري للنظام وقام ببناء مؤسسات سواء الإدارية أو العسكرية والمالية، واحتوت على السلطات الثلاث التنفيذية ممثلة في الأمير والتشريعية تمثلها المجالس الإستشارية وأخيراً السلطة القضائية.Abstract: Emir Abdelkader established an Algerian state on an Islamic style, in exceptional circumstances to confront the French occupation, and it was characterized by a unitary character in terms of the organization of power and in terms of the region and in terms of its constituent group, as it represented a homogeneous unit of Arabs and Berbers Arabs of Islam, and adopted the consultative nature of the system and built institutions, both administrative Or military and financial, and contained the three executive powers represented by the Emir, legislative represented by advisory councils, and finally the judiciar
