Résumé: تهدف دراستنا الراهنة إلى الكشف عن أهم الوظائف التي يمكن أن يؤديها التسويق الالكتروني كآلية للحد من المشكلات التسويقية، بالنظر إلى الحاجة الملحة لتوظيف تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في مجال التسويق التي أضحت ضرورة ملحة بهدف زيادة الكفاءة والوصول إلى جماهير المستهلكين بشكل أفضل، وهذا من خلال توضيح دور شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في عملية التسويق الالكتروني وكيفية توظيف هذه الأدوات في تسويق سمعة الكترونية حسنة للمؤسسة، وقد توصلنا إلى جملة من النتائج متمثلة في قصور النشاط التسويقي وعدم وضوح أهدافه على مستوى المؤسسات، من خلال رفض أو عدم اقتناع أصحاب المؤسسات بالتوجهات التسويقية الحديثة المتمثلة في تبني الأفكار والأساليب الجديدة.
