أثر إدارة الوقت على أداء العاملين دراسة ميدانية لعينة من العاملين في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر -المديرية العمليةورقلة

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة اثر إدارة الوقت على أداء العاملين في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر" المديرية العملية ورقلة"، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي متمثلا في الاستبيان، تكونت عينة الدراسة من 60 استبانة و بلغ عدد الاستبيانات المسترجعة و التي اعتبرت صالحة للتحليل الاحصائي 55 استبانة و تم معالجتها احصائيا باستخدام الاساليب الاحصائية التي تتناسب مع اسئلة وفرضيات الدراسة في ضوء استخدام الممنهج الوصفي التحليلي و اظهرت الدراسة نتائج عدة منه اهمها :تبني مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر "المديرية العملية ورقلة "لإدارة الوقت و يحقق عمالهاأداء متميز، كما تساهم إدارة الوقت في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر"المديرية العملية ورقلة"في تفعيل أداء العاملين، كما انه توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إدارة الوقت كمتغير مستقل و أداء العاملين كمتغير تابع، وخلصت الدراسة الى مجموعة من التوصيات في مجال ادارة الوقت كاداة لتقييم العاملين و رفع أدائهم المهني، و كذلك مناقشة الأثر بين إدارة الوقت و أداء العاملين، و الكشف عن مدى مساهمة إدارة الوقت في تحسين أداء العاملين .This study aims to know the effect of time management on the performance of the employees of the algerian telecom company" the operation management unit of ouargla " ,a descriptive approach was used represented in a questionnaire, the study sample consisted of 60 questionnaires and the number of retrieved questionnaire,which were deemed 55questionnaires and were processed. Processed.statistically by using Statistical methods that are commensurat with the questions and hypotheses of the study in light of the use of the descriptive and analytical method. The study showed several result, the most important of which are :the algerian telecom company adopts the "the operation management unit of ouargla" the time management and its workers achieve outstanding performance, and time management contributes to algerian telecom " the operation management unit of ouargla " in activating the performance of employees, as there is a statistically significant relationship between time management as independent variable and the performance of employees as a dependent variable .The study concluded with a set of recommendations in the field of time management as a tool for evaluating employees and raising their professional performance, as well as discussing the impact between time management and empoloyee performance, ande revealing the extent to which time management contributes to improving employee performence.
