الحماية القانونية للطفل الجزائري في سوق التشغيل

Résumé: كفلت النصوص القانونية الجزائرية حماية للطفل من الاستخدام غير القانوني في سوق التشغيل، بدءا بالدستور ومختلف النصوص القانونية والتنظيمية كقانون العمل والقانون المتعلق بحماية الطفولة، تبعا لذلك رصدت الدولة هيئات تحرص على تكريس هذه الحماية وتقيّم واقع عمالة الأطفال في الجزائر، حتّى لا يصل الحال بالطفل الجزائري إلى ما هو عليه سائد في الدول الأخرى من انتهاك لحقوقهم واستخدامهم قسرا، وفقا للإحصائيات التي أعدّتها منظمة العمل الدولية والتي تحرص قدر الإمكان على تطبيق مختلف الاتفاقيات والعهود الدولية المتعلقة بحماية الأطفال من الاستخدام غير الشرعي. الكلمات المفتاحية: حقوق الطفل - واقع عمالة الأطفال - الاستخدام غير الشرعي - الخطر - القانون الجزائري- هيئات الحماية. Algerian legal texts protect children from illegal employment in the labour market , starting with the constitution and various legal and regulatory texts such as the labour code and the child protection act .accordingly , the state has monitored bodies that are keen to ensure this protection and assess the realities of child labour in algeria , so that algerian children do not reach the prevailing violations of their rights as we see in other states , according to statistics prepared by the international labour organization (ilo) , the various international conventions and covenants relating to the protection of children from illegal employment are applied to the extent possible .
