التكوين الجامعي ودوره في التحضير للحياة الوظيفية: دراسة تقييمية لبرامج التكوين في تخصصات علم المكتبات

Résumé: : تأتي هذه الدراسة في وقت تتجه معظم السياسيات التعليمية في الدول المتقدمة نحو تطوير برامجها التكوينية نظرا لما أحدثته المتغيرات الحديثة من فلسفة جديدة خاصة مع بروز التكنولوجيات الحديثة والاقتصاد المبني على المعرفة، على هذا الأساس ارتأينا دراسة تخصص مهم في ميدان المعرفة ونشرها، تخصص علم المكتبات والمعلومات، أو ما يطلق عليه البعض تخصص اقتصاد المكتبات، وما يطلق عليه البعض الآخر علم المعلومات، حيث تختلف المسميات حوله لكنه يبقى في وظيفته الابستمولوجية تتجه نحو إدارة المعلومات والمعرفة. لذا تعتبر هذه الدراسة كعملية تحليل وتقييم للبرامج التي تقدمها الجامعة الجزائرية في هذا التخصص وذلك وفقا لمنظور المواصفات الحديثة لمهن المعلومات والمعرفة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى كفاءة البرامج في جوانب الإعداد المتعلق بإدارة مصادر المعلومات، لكنها بينت قصور التكوين في الإعداد المهني خاصة في شقه التكنولوجي. Abstract: This study comes at a time when most educational policies in developed countries are moving towards developing their training programs due to the new variables brought about by a new philosophy, especially with the emergence of modern technologies and the knowledge-based economy. , Or what some call the specialty of library economics, and what others call information science, where the names differ around it but remains in its epistemological function is moving towards the management of information and knowledge. Therefore, this study is considered as a process of analysis and evaluation of the programs offered by the Algerian University in this specialization, according to the perspective of the modern specifications of information and knowledge professions. But it showed the shortcomings and weak effectiveness of training in professional preparation, especially in the technological apartment.
