أهمية الثقافة في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة

Résumé: ملخص: ترنو هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز أهمية الثقافة في تجسيد أهداف التنمية المستدامة، من خلال إمكانية إضافة الثقافة كبعدا جديدا لتحقيق الاستدامة، بالاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن للثقافة دورا كبيرا في تحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية، من خلال مجموعة من المؤشرات القابلة للقياس، أهمها مساهمة الصناعات الثقافية في الصادرات وخلق فرص العمل، بالإضافة إلى بروز الاقتصاد البنفسجي، كما يمكن للثقافة أن تكون سببا في التخلف والركود. Abstract: This paper seeks to highlight the importance of culture in the embodiment of the sustainable development goals. and examines the possibility of adding culture as a new dimension to achieving sustainability, by relying on the analytical method. The study concluded that culture has a great role in achieving the sustainable development, through a set of measurable indicators, as the contribution of cultural industries to exports and job creation, in addition to the emergence of the purple economy. In the time, that culture can be a cause of backwardness and stagnation.
