Résumé: يرمي هذا المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على يتناول بعض الملامح القانونية والعملية لواجب التحفظ المفروض على الموظف العام في القانون الجزائري في ضوء التطورات التشريعية المختلفة في هذا المجال، وذلك بالاعتماد على مقاربة مقارنة بين الوظائف التي تخضع للشريعة العامة وتلك التي تخضع لأحكام تشريعية خاصة. This article aims to shed light on some of the legal and practical aspects of the duty of reservation imposed on the public official in Algerian law in the light of the various legislative developments in this field, based on a comparative approach between functions subject to public law and those subject to special legislative provisions.
