السمات الشخصية للتلاميذ المنخرطون في الأنشطة الرياضية اللاصفية للمرحلة المتوسطة ( دراسة وصفية لمزاولة الكرة الطائرة)

Résumé: ملخص: نهدف في هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى السمات الشخصية التي يتميز بها التلاميذ المنخرطون في الكرة الطائرة، ومعرفة ما إذا كانت توجد فروق في مستوى السمات الشخصية لدى أفراد العينة البحث تعزى لمتغير المستوى الأكاديمي، اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي استخدمنا مقياس السمات الشخصية المعد من طرف الباحثة بعد تقنينه على البيئة الجزائرية، وبلغ حجم العينة 250 منخرط في الكرة الطائرة ذكور واختيرت بالطريقة المقصودة، من أجل معالجة البيانات إحصائيا استخدمنا المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري واختبار anova، استنتجنا أن أفراد العينة يتميزون بمستوى مرتفع من السمات الشخصية حسب ترتيبها وهي كالاتي: (الاجتماعية ،الاتزان الانفعالي، الإصرار، تحمل المسؤولية، الشجاعة، تقدير الذات، الانبساطية، السيطرة، الاستقلالية)، يتميز تلاميذ السنة الرابعة بمستوى مرتفع في جميع أبعاد الشخصية مقارنته مع السمات الأخرى. In this study we aim to know the level of personality traits of students involved in volleyball, and to see if there are differences in the level of personality traits in the members of the research sample due to the academic level variable, we relied on the descriptive curriculum we used the personal trait measure prepared by the researcher after it was legalized on the Algerian environment, and the sample size was 250 male volleyball and selected in the method of the sample intended, we used the computational media data Standard deviation and ANOVA test. We concluded that the sample members have a high level of personality traits in order: (social, emotional balance, determination, responsibility, courage, self-esteem, simplicity, control, independence), fourth-year pupils have a high level in all dimensions of personality compared to other features.
