Résumé: تعد الشركات متعددة الجنسيات من أكثر الأنماط تعبيرا عـن السيطرة بأنواعها، لمـا تملكـه مـن إمكانيات مادية وبشرية هائلة تمتد إلى مختلف دول العالم ، وتنوع نشاطاتها لتشمل قطاعـات الإنتـاج والتجارة والخدمات والمال والمـصارف الدوليـة، بغيـة توزيـع المخـاطر وتنويـع مـصادر الـربح، وسـعيها لتحويل العالم إلى ساحة اقتصادية واحدة بغية بسط نفوذها، وإحكام سيطرتها على قطاعـات الأعمـال في العالم خاصة مجال البترول، مستفيدة من منجزات التقدم العلمي والتقني الأمر الذي أدى لتراجع دور الدولة أمام هـذه الشركات. وقد تمثلت أهمية دراستنا في البحث الدقيق لشركات المتعددة الجنسيات كقطب اقتصادي عالمي وتأثيرها على رسم السياسات الخارجية للدول، خاصة أمريكا كأنموذج لدراستنا الحالية، والتوصل إلى بيان مساهمة الشركات متعددة الجنسيات في سرعة هيكلة الاقتصاد العالمي الشامل. ومن أم ما استنتجناه مايلي: - للشركات المتعددة الجنسيات تأثير فعال في رسم السياسات الخارجية للدول خاصة الولايات المتحدة الامريكية. - تساهم الشركات المتعددة الجنسيات بشكل كبير في تمويل الحملات الانتخابية الامريكية للجمهوريين والديمقراطيين. - لعبت الشركات المتعددة الجنسيات دورا هاما في توفير مناصب الشغل وامتصاص البطالة، ما ساهم في رفع الناتج المحلي للاقتصاد الأمريكي. Summary: Multinational companies are one of the most expressive patterns of control of all kinds, because of their enormous material and human capabilities that extend to various countries of the world, and the diversification of their activities to include the sectors of production, trade, services, finance and international banks, in order to distribute risks and diversify sources of profit, and its endeavor to transform the world into a single economic arena In order to extend its influence and tighten its control over the business sectors in the world, especially the petroleum field, benefiting from the achievements of scientific and technical progress, which led to a decline in the role of the state in front of these companies. The importance of our study was represented in the careful research of multinational companies as a global economic pole and their impact on drawing up the foreign policies of countries, especially America as a model for our current study, and arriving at a statement of the contribution of multinational companies to the rapid restructuring of the global economy. And from what we concluded the following: - Multinational companies have an effective influence in shaping the foreign policies of countries, especially the United States of America. Multinational corporations contribute significantly to the financing of US election campaigns for Republicans and Democrats. - Multinational companies played an important role in providing jobs and absorbing unemployment, which contributed to raising the domestic product of the American economy.
