مجتمعات التعلم ودورها في تحسين الأداء لدى الأستاذ الجامعي : دراسة ميدانية بكلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية جامعة خنشلة

Résumé: الملخص : هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور مجتمعات التعلم في تحسين أداء الأستاذ الجامعي التعليمي، البحثي وخدمة المجتمع، فمجتمعات التعلم تسعى إلى توفير بيئة تفاعلية وتعأونية تجمع بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات لتبادل الأفكار والخبرات والممارسات التعليمية الحديثة، مما يساهم في تعزيز المهارات التعليمية وتطوير طرق التدريس والبحث العلمي. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي بطريقة المسح الاجتماعي، ويتكون مجتمع البحث من جميع الأساتذة بكلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية بجامعة خنشلة، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على الحصر الشامل لجمع البيانات من جميع مفردات مجتمع البحث، وجرت الدراسة خلال السنة الجامعية 2024/2025، وقد تم استخدام الاستمارة لجمع البيانات. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مجتمعات التعلم تساهم في تحسين الأداء الأستاذ الجامعي بكلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية بمستوى متوسط. Abstract : This study aimed to highlight the role of learning communities in improving the educational and research performance of university professors and community service. Learning communities seek to provide an interactive and collaborative environment that brings together university faculty members to exchange ideas, experiences, and modern educational practices. This contributes to enhancing teaching skills and developing teaching and scientific research methods. The study relied on a descriptive approach using a social survey method. The research community consists of all professors at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at Khenchela University. The study relied on a comprehensive inventory to collect data from all components of the research community. The study was conducted during the 2024/2025 academic year, and a questionnaire was used to collect data. The study concluded that learning communities contribute to improving the performance of university professors at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at an average level.
