المحددات الاقتصادية وغير الاقتصادية للفساد في الدول المغاربية دراسة قياسية للفترة 2007 - 2017
Résumé: "تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل المحددات الاقتصادية وغير الاقتصادية للفساد، والتي تم قياسها من خلال مؤشرات مختلفة وأهمها "" مؤشر مكافحة الفساد"" في خمس بلدان مغاربية هي ( الجزائر، المغرب، تونس، ليبيا، موريتانيا) للفترة الممتدة من 2007 إلى 2017 باستخدام بيانات البانل PMG/ARDL)) وباستخدام برنامج10) ( EVIWES ، ولقد اثبت النتائج التجريبية أن الحرية الاقتصادية ومستوى التعليم والاستقرار السياسي وحرية الصحافة لها تأثير كبير على مستوى الفساد، لكن التضخم ليس له دلالة إحصائية فيما يتعلق بالفساد. الكلمات المفتاحية: مؤشر الفساد، المحددات الاقتصادية وغير الاقتصادية، بينات البانل، الدول المغاربية وطريقة وسط المجموعات المدمجة (PMG). "This study aims at analyzing the economic and non- economic determinants of "The Corruption" by using "EViews.10" program, which were measured through different indicators and especially the indicator of “Control of Corruption” in five North Africa countries (Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, Libya, Mauritania) for the period 2007-2017 by using the Panel data (PMG/ARDL) method. The empirical results proved that "Economic freedom", "Political Stability" and "Press freedom" have their great influence on the level of "Corruption", but "the Inflation" has no statistical significance in regard to corruption.
