منهج الإمام القرطبي في استنباط الأحكام من خلال سورة البقرة
Résumé: يتناول هذا البحث، منهج الإمام القرطبي في استنباط الأحكام من خلال سورة البقرة. اولهدف الأساسي من هذه الد ا رسة، إظهار القواعد الأصولية التي اعتمد عليها الإمام القرطبي في استنباط الأحكام، فهو موضوع تطبيقي نعمد فيه إلى استخ ا رج طرق الإمام القرطبي في استنباط الأحكام. وقد اقتضت د ا رستنا تقسيم البحث إلى: مقدمة، وقسمين: قسم نظري تضمن التعريف بالإمام القرطبي وكتابه ومفهوم الاستنباط والتفسير، وشروط المعنى المُسْتَنبطْ اولمُسْتَنْبطْ، اولقسم التطبيقي تضمن أقسام الاستنباط وطرق الاستنباط عند الإمام القرطبي مستدلين بأمثلة تطبيقية، وقد أتممنا بحثنا بخاتمة فيها أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها. Abstract This study discusses the approach followed by imamqurtobi to extract the shariahjudgments from al-Baqarah surah. The objective of our study is to show the order of procedures which imamqurtobi relied on to extract his judgments. We made the research in introduction and two parts; the first one is theoretical and the second is practical. Part one: it contains a biography of imamqurtobi definition of the extraction and the tafseer of Quran (Quran explanation)، and the conditions which guide the extracted judgment and its extractor Part two: it contains; sections of the extraction، and ways of extraction which were followed by imam qurtobi. Finally، we concluded our research with some outcomes which we reached.
