الضمانات التأديبية البرلمانية: دراسة مقارنة

Résumé: الملخَّص: تناقش هذه الدراسة -الموسومة ب” الضمانات التأديبية البرلمانية: دراسة مقارنة" - البنى التنظيمية لضمانات التأديب البرلمانية، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج البنيوي، لأن النظام التأديبي بنية وعناصر، ليتفرع هذا البحث إلى فرعين: في الأول، سيناقش الأصول الإجرائية للشكوى ضد البرلماني، وفي الثاني، ستناقش السلطة التأديبية البرلمانية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج م بأن المشرع الأردني قد تبنى نصوصا قانونية يعتريها الغموض والتكرار الذي لا يؤسس لمعنى جديد. الكلمات المفتاحية: القرار التأديبي البرلماني، ضمانات التأديب البرلماني، السلوك البرلماني. Abstract This study, tagged “Parliamentary disciplinary safeguards: a comparative study”, discusses the organizational structures of parliamentary disciplinary guarantees. The study followed the structural approach, because the disciplinary system is structured and components, to be divided into two sections: In the first, he will discuss the procedural origins of the complaint against the parliamentarian. In the second, the parliamentary disciplinary authority will be discussed. The study has reached a number of conclusions that Jordan’s legislature has adopted ambiguous legal texts that do not establish a new meaning.
