Résumé: الملخص: تحتل الجامعة مركز الريادة في تنمية المجتمعات والبلدان باعتبارها القاطرة الأساسية لكل عملية تنشد التقدم، رغم ما تعرفه الجامعات العربية من إختلالات، الأمر الذي يطرح فكرة الشراكة مع القطاع الخيري كرهان مهم لسد تلك الاختلالات وتوظيف الاستثمارات الخيرية والوقفية بالخصوص لتطوير التعليم الجامعي والبحث العلمي، من وحي التجربة الإسلامية في الوقف التعليمي وأهميته الحضارية ودوره في تطوير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي من خلال الشراكة بين الوقف ومؤسسات التعليم العالي من أجل تنمية شاملة عبر نماذج مؤسسية متطورة مثمرة على غرار الجامعات الوقفية، الكراسي العلمية، صناديق الوقف التعليمي. Summary : The university occupies a leading position in the development of societies, as it is the main locomotive for any progress. This fact raises the idea of partnership with the charity sector as an important bet to bridge inadequacies and deploy charity and endowment investments in particular to develop university education and scientific research, in the light of the Islamic experience in the educational endowment, its cultural importance, and its role in the development of higher education and scientific research, through partnership between the endowment and higher education institutions for real and comprehensive development, by means of advanced institutional models that can be fruitful for this partnership or as a tool for it, such as endowment universities, scientific chairs, educational endowment funds, and business incubators.
