Résumé: ملخص: تعتبر علاقة الإنسان بالبيئة علاقة تفاعلية تبادلية، فمنذ القدم والإنسان يتعامل معها، وكانت تصرفاته في بداية الأمر عقلانية وعفوية، إلا أن الطبيعة تعرضت لأضرار نتيجة الاستغلال العشوائي لها خاصة في عصر الثورة الصناعية التي أسفرت عن مشاكل بيئية لم تعهدها البشرية من قبل، ومن أبرز هذه المشكلات التلوث البيئي، النفايات، التصحر، النمو الديموغرافي، وأخذت هذه المشكلات الصبغة العالمية فأصبحت حماية البيئة الطبيعية والاجتماعية من أهم أهداف كل المجتمعات حرصا على نظام الحياة واستمرار النوع البشري، مما استدعى تضافر جهود مختلف الفواعل المجتمعية والمؤسسات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية كالأسرة، المدرسة، الجامعة، وسائل الإعلام، المؤسسات الحكومية والدولية والعالمية، إلى تقديم ثقافة مجتمعية بيئية تقوم على أساس التربية البيئية، لتسهم في بلورة الوعي الاجتماعي البيئي لتمكينهم من التحكم في استخدام الأساليب العلمية الأمثل من أجل تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. الكلمات المفتاحية: المشاركة المجتمعية، المؤسسات المجتمعية، البيئة، التربية البيئية، الوعي البيئي. Abstract: The relationship between man and the environment is interactive and interacting. Since ancient times man has dealt with it. His actions were initially rational and spontaneous. However, nature was damaged by indiscriminate exploitation, especially in the era of the Industrial Revolution, which resulted in environmental problems not previously committed by mankind. The problems of environmental pollution, waste, desertification and demographic growth, these problems have become global in nature. The protection of the natural and social environment has become one of the most important goals of all societies in order to preserve the system of life and the continuation of the human species on earth. Social and economic institutions, including the family, the school, the university, the media, governmental, international and international institutions, which provide them with an environmental community culture based on environmental education that contributes to the development of social and environmental awareness, the environment in which they live.
