Etude De L’éfficacité De L’inhibiteur De Corrosion Beker Et Crw83133 Utilisées Dans Les Champs De Hr Et Reb

Résumé: Corrosion is a major problem in oil and gas industry, and the control of material degradation processes can significantly reduce the maintenance costs of installations. Therefore, the direct or indirect effects of corrosion can have a lasting impact on oil and gas equipment and facilities. The CO2 corrosion of the gas production equipment in HASSI R'MEL and oil production in RHOURD EL BAGUEL is manifested inside the installations, and outside the buried pipes, and all this is detected by the corrosion inspection techniques at the level of these fields, in order to decrease the consequences caused by this problem, the injection of corrosion inhibitor remains among the most used techniques to fight against this problem. The objective of our work is to study the corrosion of oil installations and to evaluate the effectiveness of corrosion inhibitors (BEKER) and (CRW 83133) used in the fields of Hassi R'mel and Rhourd El Baguel. The main results obtained show that : With the use of (BEKER), the corrosion rate evaluated from the effectiveness of the corrosion inhibitor appears on the decrease of (fe+2) concentration in the effluent. With the use of (CRW 83133), the corrosion rate equals (9.125) for both the coupon and ER probe methods.
