الأحكام المسبقة، دروب الحقيقة

Résumé: الملخص لم يكن البحث الفكري على مر العصور بشكليه الفلسفي والعلمي إلا بحثا عن الحقيقة، باعتبارها الهدف الأعلى والأسمى لكل المسعى الإنساني.إحدى هذه المساعي نجدها من خلال مضامين نصوص الفيلسوف، غدامير،الذي يعد من أبرز أقطاب الهرمينيوطيقا المعاصرة، والذي عمل على استحضار مفهوم جديد كان تاريخ الفلسفة قد همشه، متجاوزا بذلك ثنائية ربط الحقيقة بالمنهج.إنه مفهوم الحكم المسبق، الذي هو السبيل لاختيار هانز جورج غدامير لبلوغ أفقه، إيمانا منه بأن الإنسان هو ذلك الكائن التاريخي المتناهي الذي يفهم من موضعه الخاص في الزمان والمكان، ماجعله يؤكد على ضرورة إعادة النظر للتاريخانية والأحكام المسبقة بما أنهما مبدءان للفهم والعامل المحرك له. عبرايجابية الحلقة الهرمنيوطيقية أكد فيلسوفنا على أن عملية الفهم لا يمكن أن تتم أو تنجز من دون النظر إلى ما هناك قبل الفهم وهو يعتمد في ذلك على البنية التوقعية أو استباق الفهم لهيدغر(الشروع المسبق)، لأن البشر كما يقول غدامير:أولا وأخيرا "كائنات تاريخية لا تعي وجودها إلا داخل بنية فهم ماقبلية/مسبقة". Abstract : Intellectualinquirythroughout the ages, whether in philosophyand science, has always been a search for truth as the highest and noblest goal of all humanendeavors. One of theseendeavorscanbeseen in the works of the philosopher Gadamer, whoisconsidered one of the mostprominent figures in contemporaryhermeneutics. Gadamerworked to invoke a new concept thathad been marginalized by the history of philosophy, goingbeyond the binaryconnectionbetweentruth and methodology. This concept is the pre-judgment, whichis the way Hans-Georg Gadamer chose to reachhis horizon. He believedthathumans are finitehistoricalbeingswhounderstandfromtheir unique position in time and space. This made himemphasize the need to rethinkhistoricity and preconceivedjudgmentssincethey are principles of understanding and driving force for it. Through the positivity of the hermeneuticcircle, our philosopher affirmedthattheprocess of understandingcannotbeaccomplishedwithoutlooking at whatistherebefore the understanding. He relied on the anticipatory structure or pre-understanding of Heidegger (prejudgment) becausehumans, as Gadamersaid, are ultimately "historicalbeingswho do not recognizetheir existence exceptwithin a preconceivedunderstanding structure."
