Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة تحديد شكل هيكل صناعة خدمة الهاتف النقال في الجزائر وذلك بالاعتماد على مستوى التركز وعوائق الدخول والخروج، ولقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن مستوى تركز صناعة خدمة الهاتف النقال كان مرتفعا خلال فترة الدراسة حيث كان أكبر من 0.25، كما أنه هناك عوائق دخول مرتفعة و كثيرة من بينها عائق اقتصاديات الحجم الكبير، عائق متطلبات رأس المال، عائق التطور التكنولوجي، عائق الحد السعري، عائق النفاذ لقنوات التوزيع، عائق قانوني متمثل في نظام منح الرخصة، كما أنه هناك عوائق خروج مرتفعة أيضا متمثلة في صعوبة استرجاع الاستثمارات وعدم القدرة على التنازل عن الرخصة، وهذا دليل على أن شكل هيكل صناعة خدمة الهاتف النقال في الجزائر يميل لاحتكار القلة. Abstract : This study aims to try to determine the shape of the structure of the mobile phone service industry in Algeria, depending on the level of concentration and barriers to entry and exit. This study found that the level of concentration of the mobile service industry was high during the study period, as it was greater than 0.25, and there are also obstacles Entry is high and many, including the hindrance of economies of scale, the hindrance to capital requirements, the hindrance to technological development, the hindrance to the price limit, the hindrance to access to distribution channels, and the legal obstacle represented in the licensing system, and there are also high exit barriers represented in the difficulty of recovering investments and lack of The ability to waive the license. This is evidence that the structure of the mobile phone service industry in Algeria tends to be oligopolistic.
