تفسير الشيخ عبد الرحمان السعدي لآيات المواريث - دراسة تحليلية نقدية-

Résumé: "ملخص البحث: : إن بحثي الموسوم بـ ""تفسير السعدي لآيات المواريث؛ دراسة تحليلية مقارنة"" يجيب على تساؤل مهم وهو: فيم تتمثل القيمة العلمية لآراء وأقوال الإمام السعدي في تفسير آيات المواريث، وما هي آليات الاستنباط التي استعملها في تفسيرها؟ ؟ وللإجابة عن هذا السؤال قسمت بحثي إلى أربعة مباحث تناولت فيها على الترتيب: الشيخ السعدي ومنهجه في تفسير آيات المواريث، تفسير السعدي لآيات المواريث عن طريق المنطوق والمفهوم، ثم عن طريق الإشارة والاستنباط، ثم المسائل المختلف فيها المذكورة في تفسير السعدي لآيات المواريث. .. ثم خلصت إلى نتائج أهمها: : - أن الإمام السعدي اهتم بالاستنباط في تفسيره، على تنوع أسلوبه في ذلك. . - أن آيات المواريث الثلاث مشتملات على جل أحكام الفرائض، تصريحا وإشارة."Research Summary: My research, titled 'Al-Saadi's Interpretation of the Inheritance Verses: An Analytical Comparative Study,' addresses an important question: What is the scientific value of Imam Al-Saadi's opinions and statements in the interpretation of the inheritance verses, and what deductive methods did he use in his interpretation? To answer this question, I divided my research into four sections, which I addressed in order: Sheikh Al-Saadi and his methodology in interpreting the inheritance verses; Al-Saadi's interpretation of the inheritance verses through explicit (manṭūq) and implicit (mafhum) meanings; then through indications (isharah) and deductions (istinbat); and finally, the disputed issues mentioned in Al-Saadi's interpretation of the inheritance verses. Then, I summarized the most important results as follows: - Imam Al-Saadi emphasized deduction in his interpretation, with a variety of styles in doing so. - The three inheritance verses encompass most of the rules of inheritance, both explicitly and implicitly."
